SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND LIABILITY
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the carrier. Due to the nature of paints and chemicals, returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, and claims must be raised within seven (7) days of receipt with proof such as photographs and batch details. Products are warranted to meet published specifications at the time of manufacture, but no additional warranties—express or implied—are given regarding suitability for a particular purpose. Avanti Paints & Chemicals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
